The Mid-Atlantic Shoulder and Elbow Society (MASES) hosts an annual one-day meeting at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. The program features leading authorities in shoulder and elbow surgery and offers participants an engaging mix of lectures, debates, and interactive discussions.

Attendees include orthopedic shoulder and elbow surgeons, trainees, medical students, and other professionals committed to advancing the field.

SCHOLARSHIPS

MASES is pleased to offer education scholarships for Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows. Preference will be given to individuals who identify as either/both underrepresented minorities and women in an effort to create more educational opportunities and networking. All applicants will be considered.

Additional Offerings

  • Self Assessment Exam

    Annual meeting attendees can obtain up to 10 ABOS-approved self assessment exam credits as well as an additional 15 CME’s for completing the shoulder and elbow self assessment exam. Participants have up to one year to pass the exam.

  • Continuing Medical Education Credits

    This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Medical Association of Georgia through the joint providership of Southern Alliance for Physician Specialties CME (SAPS CME) and the Mid Atlantic Shoulder and Elbow Society. SAPS CME is accredited by the Medical Association of Georgia to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
